Scotlynn is seeking to fill one full-time position for a Recruiting Manager located at our corporate office in Fort Myers, FL. The Recruiting Manager position is ideal for an individual pursuing a Talent Acquisition managerial role in Human Resources for a fast-paced business environment. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and passionate individual to join and help lead our Recruiting team. This person will play an integral role in building and sustaining our fast-growing and dynamic organization!
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and supporting company with full-cycle recruitment. This includes creating and administering recruitment strategies, fielding applicants, screening, interviewing, and placing workers. The Recruitment Manager reports directly to the Human Resources Director and provides support, assistance and follow-up on recruitment functions, assignments, or projects.

Primary Responsibilities
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the following included but not limited to:

Fills positions in sales, operations, or administrative roles.
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Manages the recruiting team, including development and updates of pay-for-performance or other incentivization structures for recruiters.
Works closely with Human Resources Manager to share best practices, aid on critical needs, and coordinate on initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.


Additional Responsibilities

Attending career fairs and recruiting/hiring events.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment or hiring laws and guidelines.
Performing follow-up procedures on all Recruitment items.


Abilities and Skill Requirements

Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices and applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Thorough understanding of sales roles and skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
