Job Description:

Are you looking for a fun full time or part time summer job as a Lifeguard? Well look no more! Housing Management Resources, Inc has opportunities for Lifeguards over the summer at our Apartment Community, Windsor Place in North Syracuse, NY! 

If you do not have your certification yet, we will REIMBURSE YOU FOR IT!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Safeguards and regulates conduct of pool patrons. 


• Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations. 


• Performs rescue operations and appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid.


• Provides written reports on all accidents. 


• Maintains proper updated safety requirements. 


• Conducts swimming test to assess ability of pool visitors to swim independently and unattended. 


• Provides customer service, including handling customer conflict and complaints, as necessary.


• Performs work in accordance with safety procedures


• Performs related work as required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must possess a valid American Red Cross Life guarding Certificate and American Red Cross First Aid certificate. 


• Must be certified in American Red Cross Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), for the Professional Rescuer or become certified within 30 days of employment.
