Position Summary:

Regal is seeking a motivated business analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze weekly gap to digital target through eCommerce sales & customer adoption data
• Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources. Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement.
• Develop & implement a process to embed customer feedback in the weekly report & analysis
• Develop monthly customer analytics package to develop eCommerce activities
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• May perform additional projects upon request

• Experience with Excel & MS PowerBI
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Self-starter and a strong team player.
