As a Recruiter, you’ll be a part of the Talent Acquisition Team, collaborating with the business to advise, implement, and follow through on the recruiting vision to elevate Deckers Brands in the marketplace and support our strategic growth. Our products and brands are loved no doubt, but the difference we make begins with our people. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be a brand ambassador for both candidates and our Deckers employees. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Own full life cycle recruiting for supply chain, sales & operations, and other enterprise functions as needed
Source, screen, interview, and hire a diverse workforce of internal and external talent to support the strategic initiatives and future growth
Develop excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners to foster an amazing candidate and employer brand experience
Promote Deckers Brands as an employer of choice through talent acquisition technologies and social platforms

Excellent at balancing multiple deadlines with varying priorities
We’d love to hear from people with
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of full life cycle, professional level recruiting experience preferred
Recruiting experience withing supply chain, finance, sales and operations a plus
Well versed in recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
