As Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) you play a critical role in the Avamere Family. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage ongoing clinical operations for designated region, oversee the region's ongoing quality improvement functions, and implement policies, procedures and forms that give structure to Avamere's systems for regulatory and clinical standards compliance.

If you...

Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.


• Have 3+ years of experience as a Director of Health Services in an Assisted Living Community.


• Are able to develop, establish, then train and audit the systems that ensure clinical excellence, compliance with regulations, standards and policies of the company


• Are able to travel at least 3 days per week.


• Are committed to caring the Avamere way, by serving as part of a team to meet each residents unique needs, building a stronger, better community

Facility Information

This role will serve 6 communities across Oregon, Washinton, Nevada, New Mexico, and Nebraska (remotely).
