PT Front Desk Ambassador at Kendal-Crosslands Communities in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Kendal~Crosslands Communities, a Life Plan Community located in Kennett Square, PA has PT opportunities for Front Desk Ambassadors in our Kendal at Longwood location. The hours for these positions are below:

- Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:30am -2pm and every other holiday.

-4pm-8pm, 5 shifts per pay period (bi weekly), 2pm-8pm every other weekend and holiday.

Essential Function: Serves as the central focus of community communications.  Serves to act as the first point of contact between guests and Kendal Crosslands Communities (KCC).  Always serves to uphold the KCC culture while making guests and visitors feel welcomed and valued. Ensuring that all resident and guest inquiries and requests are addressed satisfactorily.  Provides clerical support to Administration and Sales and Marketing Departments.

Qualifications & Experience: Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Must be sensitive to the needs of residents, staff and visitors.  Must present neat and professional appearance.    Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.  Working knowledge of basic office equipment including printers, scanners, postage machine, copiers, etc.  Must always be able to possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.   Exemplifies strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Must be able to work well with frequent interruptions. Must have two years clerical experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service setting.  Must be self-motivated.  Must be able to use independent judgment in making decisions.
