The Senior Analyst of Voice Services is responsible for coordinating and performing global telecommunications moves, adds and changes; acting as main point of contact between global provider internal partners and global clients alike. The senior analyst will also maintain global hardware and telecom inventory, evaluate existing telecom processes and assess global telecommunication needs. The Senior Telecommunications Analyst will interact with outside vendors and partners to validate order installs and purchased services for voice telecommunication, maintain SLA, keep track that order process implementation is on time, meeting or exceeding project timelines. It also recommends process enhancements to meet department objectives and performs related telecom duties as assigned.
For this role, you will need experience assisting with installing and maintaining networks for Voice Over IP (VOIP), preferably in an Avaya or Genesys environment, with a background in call center engineering and architecture. A confident multitasker, you will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also possess an eagerness to embrace and learn new cloud technologies.
