JOB SUMMARY:The primary responsibilities for the Project Coordinator is to manage the implementation of ATM deployment project schedules for large financial institutions and to coordinate response to installation issues that arise prior to or the day of the install. The Project Coordinator will be responsible in monitoring and assist in resolving these issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate ATM rollout schedules with customers and NHA field management
  • Act as central escalation point for issues prior to install and day of install
  • Data entry and data validation for installation records, schedules, etc
  • Track internal and external stakeholders progress against project timelines
  • Generate and review reporting from centralized database to assess project performance
  • Generate ATM and Service performance reports to monitor performance in the market
  • Discover and rectify discrepancies in the system
  • Inventory tracking and assignment
  • Weekend installation on call support as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 2+ Years of previous experience in Similar Role
  • Excellent verbal and Written Communication Skills – both vertical and lateral, internal and external
  • Experience in FI Direct functions, concepts, and procedures.
  • Depends on past experience and sound judgement to plan and resolve issues.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Solid conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • ATM or Industry Experience – Preferred
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) – Required
