Our National Accounts team is on the hunt for aNational Account Coordinator! This position will provide overallday-to-day service support to national account customers and administrative support to the National Account Managers.

Essential Functions:

• Managemultiple national account customers andmaintaincustomer relationships for existing accounts
• Anticipatecustomer needs and proactively identifysolutions while working closely with internal and external customers to ensure accuracy
• Assistother team members when needed; that includes, but not limited to, generatingand pursuingnew business leads and preparingbid proposals
• Producemonthly reports, such as usage data and pricing
• Identify, analyzeand address business issues
• Maximize company profitability

Experience:

• High School diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree is preferred)
• 3-5 years related work experience
• Ability to work independently, make decisions on their own relative to the management of assigned accounts
• Self-motivated with great problem-solving skills and techniques
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Solid PC spreadsheet modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
