Position Summary:

BayFirst Solutions is currently seeking anElectrical Engineer with a focus on shipbuilding who will support a program for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington, DC.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum (7) years demonstrated experience with government vessel design, construction, and repair with primary focus on Machinery Control and Monitoring Systems (MCMS), electrical wiring, schematics, cabling and electrical/mechanical controls systems.


• Experience performing schematic reviews and electrical system analysis including load distribution, vital/non-vital loads and LVR/LVP requirements in order to evaluate planned engineering changes in support of major shipbuilding acquisition and repair projects.
