Overview

Oversee retail operations at SC Fuels retail location. Maintain and ensure clean and safe facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform and assist in daily operations of convenience stores; including scheduling, payroll, inventory, employee relations/morale, strategic planning, profitability, and the image and maintenance of SC Fuels operated store/fueling facilities.

Includes, but not limited to;

Scheduling
• Inventory accountability


• Product selection, pricing and placement


• Employee hiring, relations, and morale


• Strategic planning, including short, medium, and long-term goals


• Other retail duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is self-motivated.


• Positive attitude and critical thinking.


• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.


• Creative employee leadership skills to maximize employee morale and efficiency.


• Strong understanding of retail fuel and convenient store operations.


• Able to analyze store sales, inventory, and equipment to maximize store profitability and efficiency.


• Working knowledge of POS systems and equipment, fueling systems, Windows operating system and mobile device platforms.


• Perform physical work in an indoor and outdoor environment year-round.


• Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.


• Clean driving record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
