Essential Duties/Responsibilities

This Program Manager position is responsible for the overall operations aspects including planning, execution and successful implementation of activities in the introduction of new regional products. The Program Manager has the responsibility to ensure that the voice of operations is properly captured, and all team commitments and project contract metrics are met and communicated in a timely manner.

• Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage regional projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products and processes


• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing regional projects and serves as liaison between planning, project team, and line management


• Manages the development and implementation process of company's regional products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes


• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.


• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery


• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives


• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and clients


• Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems


• Communicates with clients to provide project progress, manage expectations and coordinate deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated success leading teams/and/or matrix organizations


• Strong business acumen and understanding of operations


• Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage complex projects


• Highly developed skill set in project leadership practices including ability to balance risk, effectively influence diverse teams, and ownership of responsibility for outcomes


• Strong client management skills


• Excellent cross functional influence skills
