Summer Day Camp Staff at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee

Day Camp Staff, under direction of a Camp Program Director, and in observance of the Lipscomb Academy mission, is responsible for, but not limited to, the following functions: leading children through camp activities, participation in camp activities, supporting lead teachers, providing a high level of safety and fun for children from ages 2 years old to rising 5th grade. Counselors help facilitate camp activities and supervise campers. He/she is responsible for knowing the whereabouts of each camper in his/her charge at all times during duty

hours.

High School Degree

Experience working with children -VBS, Summer Camps, Sunday School Teacher, Babysitting.*

Patient, enthusiastic, self-controlled and dependable.

Physically and mentally fit to work with children of all ages 2-13.

We will have two training days in May to prepare for camp. Workers must be present for both days.
