HR Intern


Responsible for aspects of Human Resources based out of the Milford Office. The HR intern is responsible for various tasks with major emphasis on recruiting. The position will report to the HR Manager.






Required Skills



  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process

  • Create and post-employment requisitions

  • Review and screen applicants

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview team

  • Assist with orientation and on-boarding requirements

  • Monitor and track the career development process with supervisors and employees

  • Other duties as assigned






Required Experience


Competencies



  • Must be currently pursuing a BA or BS in Human Resources or related area of study.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
