The Inventory Control Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for the maintenance and replenishment of saleable parts inventory within the Heavy Duty and RV segments of the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use independent judgement to identify areas of continuous improvement and areas of cost savings which will directly impact Parts operations financial performance.
Use discretion to identify opportunities for refinement within the supply chain and inventory product mix, which will yield improved department financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Work in conjunction with Inventory Analysts to maintain a consistent flow of replenishment inventory to all branch locations, while meeting cooperate inventory benchmarks.
Create business cases for continuous improvement in all areas of inventory control.
In coordination with the Inventory Control Manager and Branch Parts Managers, provide requested data analytics and inventory metric reports on demand.
Actively work with suppliers to ensure accurate PO generation via timely implementation of pricing actions.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and updating of published customer price points to ensure that pricing actions are accurate.
Provide a consultative resource to the Inventory Analyst Team as it relates to daily inventory replenishment activities to ensure consistent process execution.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate by providing written and verbal feedback in a professional manner.
Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
Experience working in a dealership or warehouse distributor environment strongly preferred.
Ability to work with multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
