At Epiroc USA LLC, our Rock Drilling Tools Division (RDT) develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide. Its products are used for rock excavation within mining and construction for both surface and underground applications. This open Product Delivery Representative position will be based in Elko, NV.

The Product Delivery Representative is responsible to ensure the profitable growth of our consumable and equipment aftermarket business. This role is the primary contact in the delivery of Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) Division products to the customer. The Product Delivery Representative is responsible for ensuring adequate inventory items are available and that damaged/obsolete products are removed from the customer location. The successful candidate will continue to build strong customer relationships to create loyalty and an increased share of the business for the product lines. Execution on strategic territory management initiatives as it relates to Epiroc USA Rock Drilling Tools products and services are critical to success. This is a full-time underground position.

The work environment for Product Delivery Representatives includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. Noise and respiratory protection are required in this role. This position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:

• Supports delivery of RDT products to the customer that ensures constant flow of product to help increase efficiency and customer satisfaction


• Periodically conduct ongoing testing to capture performance of products and data collection


• Timely and accurate completion of tool utilization reports for submittal to Management for cost analysis purposes


• Effectively communicates and utilizes appropriate resources to achieve targets, goals and objectives


• Provides proactive solutions on our products in partnership with our customers to promote safety and productivity with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)


• Monitor and report on competitor activities as needed to include pricing, market strategies and product performance


• Partner with Product Support Specialists and Management to develop targets, planning and continuous improvement strategies for the Rock Drilling Tools Division

• Continually develop your product, technical and administrative knowledge and skills


• Maintaining courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all times

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years' of related experience in the mining and drilling equipment fields and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred


• Experience working in underground mining environments

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills are required


• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter


• Must have a valid driver's license


• Maintain current US Department of Labor; Mine Safety & Health Administration required training certificates


• Travel is required in this role

Pay Range:

$27.77- $36.53 per hour (This is a hourly paid position with overtime eligibility. Compensation determination based upon job related factors, such as experience, education, geographic locationand other criterion).
