The Brand Manager of Innovation, evian will help build an innovation strategy for the North American market as well as oversee the innovation/renovation projects on the water portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and act pragmatically, influencing across the organization to deliver new ideas to the water category. S/he will be a growth-minded leader who thinks and acts in a disciplined, yet disruptive way and who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • You will collaborate with the Marketing Director in development of the innovation strategy & pipeline for the waters category which meets and exceeds Strategic Growth Plan targets for innovation contributions.

  • You will collaborate with strategy & insights to translate consumer, retailer and shopper understanding into effective new ideas to lead water category thinking.

  • You will partner with the global evian team to drive a vision that is relevant for North American market. Create impactful brands, products and packaging - develop clear insights and lead the NA innovation process in the development and execution of innovation platforms from the ideation stage through launch.

  • You will develop strong cross-functional relationships with key partners, including Global innovation, Operations, Strategy & Insights, Finance, Legal and Sales

About you

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree; Masters or MBA preferred

  • You will have 5+ Years progressive marketing experience with increasing responsibility, and a proven track record of success in sizeable companies. Experience in Food Beverage and/or working with global brands is a plus.

  • You will be familiar with U.S. Retail (Mass, Grocery, Drug and Convenience)

  • You will be familiar with IRI/Nielsen databases and metrics

  • You will have the ability to learn quickly and desire to develop new skills outside of comfort zone

  • You will have strong communication skills: verbal, written and executive presence to clearly communicate objectives, gain alignment and present their business up and down the organization
