What you'll do:

The Head of Global TA Operations will report to the Sr Director,People Systems and HR Analyticsand is akeymember of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.

In this role, you'll partnerwith Global TA Leadership team to develop, define, and deliver TA programs while driving global operational excellence and compliance.You will also work to design, develop and implement structuresfor the TA teamin the following areas:interview scheduling, systems,process &training,reporting &analytics.In addition, you willpartneracross the People team and the business, to ensure global TA is able to deliver effective and efficient results.

As the Manager, Global TA Programs and Operations, you will be responsible for managing abroad portfolio of TA Programs that enable and support the global TA organization.

You will:

    Optimize the effectiveness of TA as an operation and drive global consistency by designing recruiting processes that drive for scalability, efficiency, velocity & an enhanced candidate experience.
  • Help shape TA program strategy & vision, establish shared goals & work with cross-functional partners & leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results

  • Implements accountability for TA teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance within the ATS

  • Provide Business Process advisory support and train Recruiting cross-functional teams on program strategies & best practices

  • Perform regional and/or global process discovery to support larger global recruiting initiatives & understand current state processes, variance, and opportunities

  • Design improvement efforts for TA globally, educate employees and successfully manage through required change

  • Work with local/regional representatives to ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, and other TA systems are deployed in a capacity that meets the needs of the TA organization and all relevant stakeholders.

  • Assess Talent Acquisition processes and tools. Identify opportunities for improvement, including ways to simplify the talent acquisition, hiring manager, and candidate experiences that lead to more efficient recruiting and hiring practices while ensuring data integrity, reporting, and compliance with legal and client requirements

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technology needs, and federal/state regulations, ensuring that HR systems and processes meet current and future needs and requirements; identify and communicate emerging issues related to recruiting compliance and operational practices

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve daily systems needs through the use of tickets.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience leading operations for a fast-paced, global Talent Acquisition organization

  • Experience in leading the design of a Talent acquisition workflow and data analysis

  • Experience with compliance reporting and development of action plans

  • Experience building and operationalizing TA programs such as agency & vendor partnerships, contingent hiring, employee referrals, onboarding, internal mobility, etc.

  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced and ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

  • Ability to quickly build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, clients and team members
