Position Summary:

BayFirst Solutions is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Structural) tosupport a program for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington, DC.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum seven (7) years demonstrated experience with government vessel design, construction, and repair with primary focus on hull structures and mechanical systems.


• Experience performing structural analysis including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), fatigue life analysis in order to evaluate planned engineering changes in support of major shipbuilding acquisition and repair projects.
