The role of the SeniorSuperintendent is to manage and lead all craft activities, Ensure that site is performing schedule and scope requirements.
Responsibilities:
In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Superintendent is responsible to:
Supervise and direct all craft activities, subordinate supervisors and other salaried personnel as assigned.
Responsible to lead and maintain the total Worley crafts manpower pool, heavy equipment, tools and equipment to ensure meeting the manpower demands and execution needs from the areas.
Ensure crafts are meeting quality and workmanship standards.
Primary interface with for direct hire craft performance including safety, quality, and cost/schedule.
Responsible for developing personnel skills, knowledge and abilities in order to create depth in personnel pool to maintain responsiveness and support succession planning.
Responsible for engaging, immediately, in remedial and corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence when weaknesses appear or failure occurs.
Responsible for ensuring consistent application of processes and procedures, and approving any deviations before implementation in the facility.

Position Description
Construction Field Superintendent
Provides oversight of craft pool, which includes work assignments, training, security, medical restrictions, and radiation exposure of these crafts.
Responsible for all craft direct-hire activities.
Develops and implements fabrication / construction policy, procedures, and programs.
Monitors safety, schedule, workmanship and quality performance analyzing trends and developing appropriate action, both corrective and reinforcement.
Ensures subordinate personnel receive progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities.
Manages personnel resources to ensure qualified and knowledgeable personnel are effectively utilized.
Ensures fabrication / construction direct hire forces are continuously adhering to specifications, procedures, area requirements, and quality standards.
Implements the safety and other Worley programs and ensures strict adherence to federal, state and site requirements.
Responsible for labor relations, as assigned, and coordinates related activities with the Labor Relations Department.
Implements training programs for both employee enhancement and procedural commitments.
Participates in department, MFGC strategies.
Ensures performance evaluations are conducted on all assigned personnel and career-counseling programs are maintained.
Approves all craft hiring and termination activities including manpower planning, reductions in force, terminations
