Primary Objective:
Identifies and loads cartons for both Pack and Pad lines. Reworks Padded planks as needed. Works in other areas as needed.

Major Functions and Scope:

• Complies with all company safety rules and procedures
• Supplies cartons for both Pad and Pack lines ensuring continuous production
• Reworks padded planks
• Inspects product (in-line and off-line) as needed
• Participates in PM activities as needed
• Cleans work area as well as other areas of department as directed
• Performs other tasks assigned by management

Knowledge, Experience and Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills

• 1 - 3 years experience in a quality related, fast paced production environment
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills Good team interaction skills
• Desire and ability to learn and be trained on product specifications
