Job Description:

We are looking for Product Analyst for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

• should be able to debug logs & login into winscp/putty or mainframe Z/OS sessions.


• should be able to review AppD, Splunk logs & setup alerts


• should have production support experience on incidents, changes, problem tickets & knowledge on full end to end SDLC


• should have experience in fixing issues like data, contention, access etc


• should be able to understand & work with client’s adhoc requests


• should be available in shift timings & weekend support
