Project Managers will conduct all departmental reviews / turnovers during each stage of the project (Sale to Ops, Ops to Sales design, Ops to Service).
Fully accountable for the quality of the project execution through proper documentation
Help drive better working capital by developing proper SOV's
Provide accurate CTC forecasting each month and attend your monthly project reviews
Maintain Net $0 GM variance on assigned project portfolio
Solicit, manage, and secure change orders for all scope deviation at or above booked margin
Maintain project schedules and proper delay documentation
Identify project risk and develop / drive risk mitigation plan
Identify project opportunities and develop execution efficiency plans

Contribute and assist in strategic planning around the customer account
Strong focus on customer care (communication, quality, responsiveness, accountability)
Schedule and conduct customer account communication meetings
Develop productive relationships with customer account managers, consulting engineers, and contractors
