  • Project Managers will be held accountable that all projects are completed via the CPP.b process and that all project documents are stored on Studio 360.

    • Specific focus on the following

      • Project Charters
      • Project Management Plans
      • Material Transmittals Signed
      • Controls Project Schedules


  • Project Managers will conduct all departmental reviews / turnovers during each stage of the project (Sale to Ops, Ops to Sales design, Ops to Service).
  • Fully accountable for the quality of the project execution through proper documentation
  • Help drive better working capital by developing proper SOV's
  • Provide accurate CTC forecasting each month and attend your monthly project reviews
  • Maintain Net $0 GM variance on assigned project portfolio
  • Solicit, manage, and secure change orders for all scope deviation at or above booked margin
  • Maintain project schedules and proper delay documentation
  • Identify project risk and develop / drive risk mitigation plan
  • Identify project opportunities and develop execution efficiency plans

  • Proper forecasting of manpower planning / fully accountable for team's utilization goals

SUMMARY:

Goal Name: Account Management / Customer Satisfaction

  • Contribute and assist in strategic planning around the customer account


  • Strong focus on customer care (communication, quality, responsiveness, accountability)


  • Schedule and conduct customer account communication meetings


  • Develop productive relationships with customer account managers, consulting engineers, and contractors


  • Work with Team Manager to evaluate, hire, and release team members as needed to build the best team possible

    • Work with Sales to help drive the purchase of Schneider material on the account
