Kforce has a client that is seeking a Claims Processor L1 in Austin, TX.
Summary:
The Claims Processor L1 position is responsible for answering at least 40 calls a day. Must get all information from technicians and customers in references to part numbers and pricing to accurately adjudicate claims.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional service to our contract holders and dealer partners
Use critical thinking skills to determine validity of warranty claims
Provide customers with peace of mind protection for unforeseen vehicle repairs
Answer incoming calls from a queue; respond to/resolve claims in accordance with departmental policies/procedures
Navigate and use our administration system that stores our customer and claim information
Fax or mail letters to customers and dealerships for additional information
Place outbound calls to gather information as needed
Keep up to date on the latest innovations in aftermarket products and warranties
Keep pace in a changing and growing environment
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment; This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED / Equivalent
Great problem solving skills, great customer service skillset, multitasking, organized
Customer service/ call center experience is paramount
Must be available to interview on 4/8 (virtual zoom meeting)
Start date is 4/21
Two week training
M-F 7am-7pm, have to be able to work any 8 hour shift. 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7. They can also change their schedule at any time
Bilingual is a plus
