Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for a Patient Access Specialist II to provide excellent customer service at our call center located in Baltimore, Maryland. The Patient Access Specialist receives inbound calls from patients requesting services within JHM.. Coordinate appointment scheduling, collect/update patient demographic, insurance information and verification using an electronic medical record system (Epic). Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the image of JHM. Call Center Assessment is required. Applicant must demonstrate a passing score of accurately entering at least 80 correct fields.
***Option to telecommute after successfully completing a 90 day orientation and training period.

Shift: Non-exempt. - Full-time 40 hours per week
