MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

CONYERS, GA
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively coordinate all day-to-day maintenance activities at the manufacturing site.
Effectively plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate plant, building/grounds and supporting systems reliability and maintenance systems/activities for both short and long term.
Effectively manage all inventory areas (stock, non-stock items, inventory levels optimization, critical and projects spare parts, tools and testing devices as well as other maintenance items to achieve budgetary guidelines
Effectively participate in developing as well as implement equipment, facilities and supporting systems PM and PDM programs
Provide installation and start-up scheduling and assistance for all projects and equipment installations
Provide Hands-On guidance/coaching for troubleshooting, RCFA, FMEA, repairs and asset strategies for equipment, facilities and supporting systems
Maintain proper documentations, drawings, schematics and files for equipment files, inspection records, and maintenance records as required by Company and regulatory agencies.
Provide effective guidance for all vendors, suppliers and contractors to safely and effectively accomplish their tasks per company's standards and expectations.
Provide effective guidance and effective coordination to ensure that all work/activities are satisfactorily completed per best practices as well as company standards and expectations.
Provide effective coaching, training and guidance to others when needed.
Provide effective scheduling for all tasks, assign tasks to appropriate trades, account for satisfactorily tasks completion, log hours/cost while remaining on or below budget.
Address safety issues and participate in active membership of the facility's Safety and Environmental Committees
Coordinate and manage facility's periodical testing, calibration and adherence activities program
Job Requirements:
Five years progressive Reliability/Maintenance coordination experience
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot/repair equipment and systems such as:
Drives, PLC, Panel View, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Power Transmission, Conveyors....etc.)
Demonstrated welding, fabrication and machining skills
Electrical skills including knowledge of industrial wiring and power distribution
Demonstrated excellence in organizational & communication skills
Ability to work off-shift as necessary (call-ins, weekends)
Demonstrated competence in team building
Demonstrated proficiency in all areas/modules of EAM system (INFOR)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point...etc.
