Oracle SQL Developer/Oracle Application DBA
Job summary :
The Data Developer role will be a part of the Data Solutions program, specifically focusing on iODS (Integrated Operational Data Store) initiative. The iODS is a data repository that houses data from operational transactional systems. The iODS synchronizes data from the operational systems (Retail & Commercial Auto Finance Servicing Systems) via batch and near-real-time data interfaces. The iODS is also a key data provider for downstream consumers, which includes application interfaces, reporting and analytics, the data warehouse and document generation.
Job responsibilities :
You will work on developing database code integrating information from multiple systems into a cohesive whole. Work will be done both with on premise and cloud based solutions on a primarily Oracle based platform.
- Designing Views and Materialized Views
- Data replication using Golden Gate and other technologies
- Compliance with industry and legal requirements regarding data integrity and privacy
- Modeling next gen Data systems
Working in an Agile and DevSecOps framework, using cutting edge tools, to deliver solutions to the business
Preferred Qualifications :
- Finance or Automotive Industry experience
- Experience with Oracle OEM
- Experience with Oracle Veridata
- Experience in Agile / SCRUM (with sprints) methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools as well as SharePoint
Exposure with AWS / Cloud based data solutions, including both Oracle - SQL and NoSQL
