Position Summary: The Platform Administration Manager will be lead initiatives focused on cloud platforms, Office 365 administration and tools management and desktop engineering. This individual will report into the Senior Manager of Global Infrastructure. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 5-7 years' experience in relevant area.
• Lead global team responsible for deployment and management of Microsoft 365 services.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a project team to achieve goals, budgets and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred qualifications include: Master's Degree

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead projects involving M365 technologies including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Modern workplace, and the PowerApps suite.
• Responsible for hiring, performance management, and development of the M365 platform administration team.
• Utilize Azure Automation runbooks, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop processes and governance for systems.
• Lead planning and implementation of systems.
• Responsible for project and budgetary planning for the Office 365 Platform Administration team.
• Command a basic understanding of NSF's mission and business and how the position's job responsibilities contribute to the goals of the company.
