Primary Role



The primary role of this position will be to provide assistance to the Inclusion and Diversity department and support day-to-day activities. 





Key Accountabilities




  • I&D Department


    • Ability to prepare draft communications, announcements, fliers, brochures and other materials 

    • Update I&D intranet pages and serve as a liaison for internet I&D page and LinkedIn

    • Update and maintain I&D SharePoint site

    • Outline I&D yearly calendar based on I&D activities and cultural events

    • Research peer company’s I&D efforts and other best practices 

    • Assist talent acquisition with diverse recruiting events or initiatives

    • Provide support to I&D Advisory Council & Champion Network

    • Coordinate organizational communications with Communication Teams

    • Coordinate meetings and training sessions

    • Monitor “Ask I&D” email



  • EBRG’s

    • Provide support to Employee Resource Groups

    • Prepare draft communications and/or fliers for upcoming events

    • Send meeting invitations, agendas, pre-reads or prep materials

    • Send presentations for virtual events and follow-up on any logistical items 

    • Provide support for in person events

    • Other duties as assigned



  • Maintain TEAMS environment

  • Oversee Yammer Page for EBRGs with consultation




Knowledge/Skills



Must possess working knowledge of:


  • Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Superior verbal, written and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with virtual teams and also face to face

  • Excellent internal and external customer service

  • Ability to multitask and work independently under the direction of leadership 




Experience/Education



This position is open to current college students (undergraduate and graduate) that have completed at least 2 years of studies.
