Job Summary:

Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring the relationships meet corporate standards for risk, profitability, and financial controls to include risk, profitability, factoring and asset-based lending services, and financial controls.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure that all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structure.


• Develop client relationship and optimizing client satisfaction and retention.


• Collaborate with Underwriting and Legal teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements.


• Work closely with Joint Venture Partners in developing exit strategies for workout clients.


• Mentoring and Training new adds to the Joint Venture Group.


• Assist with internal and external audits and work with JV Group to provide appropriate responses and supporting documentation.   


• Resolve factoring and asset-based lending service problems, control operational costs and minimize loss of clients to competition.


• Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for credit approval.


• Other duties as assigned
