Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. is currently seeking a Clinic Director for soon to be opening Red Wing, MN site. We are opening this clinic on approximately July 12, 2021. The Clinical Site Director is an experienced mental health clinician who is knowledgeable of and competent in treatment of a variety of emotional disorders. This person is responsible for the professional operation of the clinic and programs within, including: supervision and direction of other professional staff; compliance with Rule 29 regulations; implementation of outpatient clinical policies and procedures of Nystrom & Associates, Ltd., collaborative supervision and direction with other NAL/FSSI programs operating within the office.
Designs and implements treatment/intervention reflective of identified patient needs, stated in terms of expected outcome, including strategy to achieve stated outcomes.
Maintains EEHR patient records in accordance with policy requirements.
Builds and maintains full-time case load for self.
Chairs all clinical staff meetings/case consultation & creates and/or approves meeting minutes for all programs.
Ensures that services provided by the clinic are reflective of the needs of the community.
Ensures that all staff maintains a full-time case load.
Coordinates marketing functions in coordination with management and other NAL programs to promote continual growth.
Provides ongoing feedback regarding professional performance to other staff and completes annual performance reviews for all clinical staff. Coordinates with Human Resources, Quality Assurance and other management as necessary to address and monitor performance issues of staff.
Oversees Rule 29 compliance and maintain accompanying documentation.
May assist in the recruitment and hiring of professional clinical staff.
Direct supervision of outpatient clinicians, and may provide supervision of office staff from time-to-time.
Cooperative supervision of Community Based Program Supervisors on site in collaboration with Community Based, Substance Use Disorder & Outpatient Program Directors.
Responds to and resolves clinical complaints from inside and outside the community within 48 hours.
Work in close collaboration with Office Manager to manage clinic and staff.
Act as default supervisor when needed for billing, credentialing, clinical supervision, clinical program oversight
