Based at the Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Division global headquarters in Rowell, GA, the Senior PPE Strategy Analyst will report to the KCP PPE Strategy Leader. The selected strategist will drive change management of related strategic initiatives, working with key leaders throughout the business, by leveraging agile analytics, data visualization, and new technologies to engage stakeholders in meaningful ways to drive rapid, optimized decision making. Project Strategic Support: Support end-to-end strategy development for critical KCP PPE global strategy projects. This work will provide critical support and leadership for our largest growth pillars within the PPE strategic business plan as well as additional global projects that may become subsequently prioritized.

Business Insight: Act as a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and executable actions arise across a wide range of business challenges.

Process Improvement: Facilitate processes, and process improvements, to

increase efficiency within the global PPE business unit.

Champion Advanced Analytics and Data Visualization: Adopt, embrace, and leverage new and emerging technologies to drive better and faster decision making in our complex and multi-variable dependent global business environment. This includes understanding downstream implications to regional decision making as well as how to fully leverage KCP’s global scale on strategic initiatives.

Personal Impact: Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal examples by adopting a customer-based approach to business support. Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark’s leadership behaviors (build trust, make decisions, win consistently, think customer, continuously improve, build talent).

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology-related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive analytical experience required; prior CPG or B2B business analysis experience preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience with advanced data analytics and/or visualization and tools knowledge preferred. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize strategic corporate tools and processes for data analysis.

  • Proven oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentations.

  • Advanced computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI to prepare communications, financial/functional spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Developed interpersonal skills to function as an integral part of multiple teams.
