Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for Hardware, Software, & Configuration of Motorola products and solutions. Handling of both customer support and technical support questions from users, escalating to engineering when necessary.
Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues from front end gui issues to server side application, database, or system issues. Support building and configuring new systems, assisting during the install process, deploying and managing software upgrades.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers
High School Degree or equivalent
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
