The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Temporary Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Operating powered industrial vehicles to fill customer and branch orders.


• Filling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.


• Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.


• Assemble, verify and move orders to appropriate loading areas according to established procedures.


• Pay wage: $18.36

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.


• Weekend work and working on Holidays as needed.


• Frequent physical demands, including lifting up to 50lbs, frequent standing/sitting/squatting.


• Working Monday-Friday 2:30pm -6:30pm or Monday-Friday 6:30pm-10:30pm

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility.

This posting is for a Temporary Monday-Friday Warehouse position at 3M DeKalb. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time. Qualified applicants may be considered as Temporary Monday-Friday Warehouse openings occur at 3M DeKalb and 3M will accept applications for up to 6 months from the posting date of this requisition.  Eligible applications will be kept open and active until April 14,2021.  After that, the posting will be taken down and applicants will need to apply/re-apply for available open postings at that time.
