This position is responsible for a variety of International-focused tax matters on the US tax filings as well as coordination of foreign tax filings, including but not limited to:

• International reporting (Master File/Local File/ Country-by Country, 8858s, 5471s, F-Bars), including working with foreign controllers to gather the necessary filing information


• R&D matters (preparing credit study, etc.)


• Coordinating transfer pricing studies


• Assisting with year-end tax provision including preparation of FIN 48 workpapers, international tax provision and payable workpapers


• Preparing foreign related calculations such as GILTI, FDII and BEAT


• Assisting in other value-creating special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance


• 3+ years of prior federal tax experience; Prior experience with international tax preferred


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create Pivot Tables and perform LOOKUPs


• Background in public accounting preferred but not required


• Prior SAP experience preferred but not required
