About the position

Mimecast is looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who is passionate about connecting people and careers. This customer centric talent acquisition professional will play a key role in enhancing our candidate, stakeholder and people experience, ensuring the highest degree of service delivery excellence for the North America region, based out of our Lexington office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver an exceptional experience to all candidates, colleagues and stakeholders through the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding journey.
  • Be an ambassador of the employer brand, candidate experience, DEI, and talent mobility to ensure we attract and hire the best diverse talent and capabilities to deliver business goals now and in the future.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and HR colleagues, to develop and execute relevant and effective recruitment plans supporting short, medium and long terms needs of your business areas and region.

  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, and pipelining, to reach, engage and network with the best diverse talent.

  • Inject pace and efficiency into hiring processes, to drive a better candidate experience and higher quality decision-making, providing knowledge of external best practices and a regional perspective on market trends.

  • Use data and analytics to make robust recruitment and hiring decisions, anticipate business needs, candidate trends and make recommendations based on findings.

  • Mentor members of the Global Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and encouraging them to learn new skills and grow; identifying opportunities and delivering improvements that enhance our service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and guidelines, recruiting process and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Highly motivational with strong business partnering and operational talent acquisition skills, you excel at candidate management, stakeholder management at a senior level and requisition management.

  • Highly adaptable, proactive, resilient, and competent with cross-functional and cross-regional influencing, collaboration, and teamwork.

  • Strong track record within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, ideally tech organisations, accomplished and hands-on in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including diversity recruiting.

  • Experience in creating innovative and effective candidate sourcing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns, attending career and networking events, for high impact and success in reaching diverse, passive talent.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, truly understand their needs and influence to deliver the best results.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS / Workday Recruiting preferable), Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
