Job Title: Bi-Lingual Service Coordinator
Position Summary:
Responsible for intakes, individual assessments, coordination, and monitoring of the delivery of service coordination to high-needs Latino Families with language and cultural barriers including: case assessments and management, referrals/coordination to social service, medical, and government agencies (etc.), and linkages with interpretation assistance and English classes to promote long-term self-sufficiency. Individual will supervise navigators, trained natural helpers from client's communities, who will connect people to services.

Salary: $30,000.00
