Position Summary
Perform calibration, installation and repair of Coordinate Measuring Machines, Form Products and Quick Vision Systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair assigned products.
This position is up to 100% overnight travel. Working as a Field Service Technician, you will be trained on a single product line for the first 3 to 6 months. After completing your training program, you will work in a territory up to 450 miles in any direction from your home. As a Field Service Technician, you will represent Mitutoyo in a professional manner. You will have the opportunity to travel and be a part of a top tier team. Mitutoyo is seeking highly motivated, skilled technicians who display excellent customer service and have the troubleshooting skills necessary to work on electro-mechanical equipment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Work Environment: Manufacturing. Quality Lab.
Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to lift, move and carry up to 75 lbs. This position requires bending, squatting, and reaching. This position requires 100% travel and up to 8 hours per day driving.
