What you will do
The role of Program Manager will report directly to the Global Sales Operations Leader for Sensormatic Solutions.
As Program Manager, this individual will support the Global Sales Operations Leader and our key initiatives for all regions including:
Planning: Support the alignment of the regions in executing GSO Sensormatic goals across all key stakeholders and cascading them throughout the various territories and functions and driving an overall scorecard to manage performance to plan.
Transformation: Support our GSO Transformation plan realization to meet our commitments, build the strategic capabilities needed, and change management activity.
Identifying critical activities and issues
Prioritizing efforts and program activities to support transformation efforts for the Global Sales Operations Leader
Identifying potential opportunities to drive additional value
Working with Regional Sales Operations Leaders and teams
Working with Regional /Sub-Region / Territory Leaders and sellers to make sure global and/or regional standards and approaches adoption
How you will do it
Governance: Establish and manage the overall global governance framework and calendar
Lead the planning and coordination of:
Monthly and quarterly regional business reviews
All Leadership Meetings – Executive and regional leadership teams
Weekly forecast meetings
Annual Retail Solutions Kickoff Meeting
Various Leadership Summits
Town hall meetings
Partner to drive internal communications and messaging
Execution: Ensure the consistency of execution within the region to meet or exceed commitments
Market segmentation and territory management coverage reporting
Productivity & Sales Performance Reporting
Sale Operations KPI dashboards
Supporting Account Planning & Execution activity in each Region
Ensure accuracy of the region’s S&OP signal process
Sales Process Optimization, Sales Capacity & Productivity, and Compensation on-time reporting
Building strong relationships with the cross-functional groups of Sensormatic Solutions Management, Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Professional Services, Customer Service and Delivery, Finance etc.
Supporting the interaction with the other business units and shared services of JCI
Assisting in the development and execution of clear, coherent, and timely communications strategies
Manage Risk: Partner to manage Sensormatic’s global risk as needed
What you will bring
Well versed with commercial models, data analytics, program management
Innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive the business forward
In-depth understanding, and expert utilization of, account planning methodologies, forecasting and productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce, Altify, ServiceMax, etc.).
Proven experience of working in similar role in a retail-solutions, professional services, sales, IT or consulting environment
What we look for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years’ experience in a successful Program Management / Project Management role
Proven experience with sales operations
Proven track record of working with cross-functional business leaders to achieve difficult objectives
Succeeds at the ‘Art of what is Possible’ in creating and defining solutions to complex business problems
An understanding of the Retail Industry and its leading brands
Ability to act as a strategic partner, trusted advisor
Preferred
MBA/Master's degree
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
High-energy, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn, adapt and overcome challenges and obstacles
Driven and able to work under pressure
Passionate about change – people, process and tools
Capable of developing relationships at CxO/Senior Leadership level
Proven experience of working closely within a large integrated environment

The knowledge and expertise to leverage cross-functional high performing teams to deliver global targets leveraging program management experience and expertise
Proven experience in managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders in matrixed organizations
Have personally led or supported large global programs
