HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) is looking for an experienced IT test, audit, maintenance, or assembly professional to work the 1nd Shift at our Andover, Massachusetts Facility.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with common computer end-user technologies, including desktops, laptops, and tablets from a wide variety of manufacturers, and will be comfortable working on a shop floor in a production environment. They should be able to read and analyze basic technical documents.

Education and Experience Required:


  • A high-school diploma or equivalent degree is required; an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • At least one year of experience in a technology assembly, repair, or manufacturing environment. This can include: IT Audit or testing bench repair, desktop/deskside support, PC manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, etc.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Understanding of common computer hardware components

  • Understanding of basic English verbal and written communication concepts

  • Ability to analyse and understand moderately complex technical documents or instructions

Preferred Skills


  • Direct experience in reformatting multiple computer hardware types (Apple, PC, servers, etc.)

  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus
