The Training Development Intern will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and facilitation of training initiatives for the WS facility. The intern may expect to work with the On-The-Job trainers (on and off the production floor) and assist with revising Training Checklists. He/she may work within the Herbalife LMS, create online training content, and digitize the Skill Assessment documentation.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Review/revise training checklists.
Create online learning content. Should be able to quickly learn or be proficient in Articulate (e-learning course authoring tool).
Digitize the Skill Assessments used to document skill progression for Manufacturing and Packaging.
Enter course information/completions using the Herbalife LMS (Cornerstone).
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education:
A current sophomore, junior or senior level student in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or other related major
