Team member will assemble and test company product line
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

* Be able to assemble very complex assemblies accurately.
* Be able to work with various hand tools safely.
* Be able to utilize test equipment effectively and safely.
* Be able to work with little or no supervision.
* Assist other team members as needed based on team and production needs.
* Be able to read, decipher and understand basic assembly prints.
* Be able to use time clock and computer programs as required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and work within a High Performance Team environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Must be high school graduate or have GED and 6 months experience in related assembly industry.
Mathematical Skills:
Know basic math including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Reasoning Ability:
Must be able to read assembly prints and trouble-shoot a non-working product. After training, be able to work with little supervision.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Frequent use of loud air gun possible. Infrequent use of two chemicals: isoproponal alcohol and acetone. Prolonged sitting at workstation.
Have good electro/mechanical abilities; good manual dexterity with excellent grip for assembly tools; requires ability to see product defects; good overall hand strength; must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
