Job Description:

Are you driven by leading a team to success and making a difference? HHS is currently looking for a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as the Food Service Director. In this role, you will lead and mentor the culinary team, ensuring that patient meal service runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll also have the ability to explore creative avenues for making the hospital cafe a community asset-through great food options, a welcoming retail space, local partnerships, and more. In this position you have the opportunity to impact the overall health and wellbeing of every patient and to change the perception of hospital cafes.

We'll provide you with the necessary training and appropriate tools to help you grow and earn the opportunity to advance into a regional leadership role. If you are willing to work hard, lead with intention, and hold yourself accountable to your results, you'll be successful with HHS.
