Can perform functional testing on all mechanical and terminal systems
Can compare construction drawings and determine discrepancies with our control drawings
Can troubleshoot building system problems. This includes both mechanical design issues and sequence of operation issues.
Can troubleshoot both Ethernet and MS/TP level problems
Maintains very detailed and accurate documentation (Checkout Sheets, punch list within Checkout DB Tool, Drawing Red-Lines) for all working on the project
Identifies and communicates quality issues with electricians, as well as other technicians and helps mentor as needed
Fully support commissioning agent on all systems without the need of a software engineering support
Can work with 3rd party device integration with minimal software engineering support
Properly red-lines submittals live, not at the end of the job
Can correct small graphics and program errors. Not expected to write programs from scratch
