Job Description:

A beautiful beachfront Southern Texas hospital is looking for a RN Director Medical Surgical Service Line to join their nursing leadership team. The RN Director Medical Surgical Services will oversee the Medical Surgical Respiratory Department for a large hospital and trauma center, and well respected healthcare organization.  

The Nurse Director Medical Surgical Service Line will have their BSN and prior Nurse Management experience in the Medical Surgical patient specialty. The RN Director Medical Surgical Services will oversee the Med Surg Respiratory staff, budget, quality, and performance improvement. The RN Director Med Surg unit will work with a multidisciplinary team of hospital leadership and staff for unit growth and development. The Nurse Director Med Surg will monitor department outcomes, implement new practices, and be compliant with policies and procedures.
