We are currently recruiting for a Management Reporting Consultant for our North American FP&A Operations team to support the NA K-C Professional business. The position is located in Roswell, GA. 

This role is responsible for the coordination and development of the KCP NA forecast, results reporting, and SG&A cost center management.  This role will act as a key support contact for the Anaplan COE team to continue to optimize the forecast process and will act as the data steward of the KCP Actuals P&L and AOC models in Anaplan which will require an in-depth understanding of the financial model calculations and concepts for both the actuals and the forecast. Additionally, he or she will work with KCP Senior Leaders and CFO’s to enhance forecast process efficiencies and develop/enhance reporting to help the business achieve their strategic objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

Financial Forecast Planning and Analytics


  • Forecast process owner for the KCP NA financial forecast; coordination of the annual business plan and quarterly P&L forecast consolidation including AOC analysis, development of KCP corporate submissions, and creation of leadership presentations and related analysis.

  • Leverage Anaplan capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency through continual evaluation of the forecast input and output process.

  • Owner of the forecast accuracy management system, including influencing key driver owners to be accountable for the accuracy and quality of their inputs.

  • Process coordinator for the Strategic Business Plan for KCP NA; setting deadlines, coordinating deliverables, and consolidation of the plan including strategic commentary.

Reporting / Delivering Financial Results Accountabilities

Actuals and forecast analysis:


  • Provide accurate and timely standard results package to KCP leadership and insightful communication to drive decision making.

    • Responsible for delivery of KCP P&L management reporting and results vs. forecast and prior year.

    • Responsible for Anaplan analysis of change models and insights into key drivers.

    • Coordinates leadership results review package ensuring content is accurate and on-time.

    • Owner of COS analysis of change models and mill fixed cost absorption.



  • Coordinate KCP internal control quarterly review process and the submission of KCP corporate reporting requirements.

  • Create value through standardization of reporting and routine analysis that enables business unit Business Analysts to increase their focus on value-add decision support. 

SG&A Cost Center Budget


  • Coordinate the annual SG&A budget process for KCP NA; including clear communication of corporate requirements, managing timelines and deliverables, and consolidation of the direct and indirect budget.

  • Monthly accountability to track SG&A against budget, investigate indirect spending trends, and manage budget adjustments as needed.

  • Coordinate the annual A&P forecast with the Marketing team and Business Analysts.

Additional Accountabilities

   Management Reporting and Business Analysis Partner


  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by the key customers

  • Proactively identify and drive process improvements relative to forecast processes

  • Partner with Shared Services/Global Mgmt Reporting, FP&A and Strategic Analysis in Dallas to ensure process efficiencies are built at the front end, rather than searched for later on where possible



   Ambassador for Global Business Services (GBS)


  • Be the single point of contact for KCP finance to leverage for their GBS questions

  • Coordinate and drive various requests on behalf of KCP leadership to make their interactions with shared services an easy experience

  • Keep KCP informed of GBS initiatives on a need to know basis

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance with at least 5 years of experience in a variety of financial analysis roles

  • Practical experience with business unit forecast preparation, analysis of change and management reporting   

  • Must be self-motivated, organized, highly analytical yet practical

  • Demonstrated think customer and win consistently behavior is essential

  • As a change agent for the broader organization, a qualified person must be able to identify best practices and lead process improvements

  • Ability to adjust communication style effectively up and down the organizational ladder

  • Aptitude with business information systems with specific experience in the following an advantage: Anaplan, Tableau, Business Objects, SAP, BW, Power Query, Power BI

Preferred Qualifications


  • Graduate degree in finance or accounting

  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Power Query, Power BI
