Position Summary:
Business Development Manager leading part of the K-C businesses at Amazon. Develops K-C E-commerce strategy and sees it through from insights to execution to drive revenue and profit growth for K-C categories. Implements K-C brand strategies and tactics to seamlessly drive the online sales, finding the intersection of K-C brand strategies with Amazon’s strategies. Manage customer relationships, merchandising, category management, business planning and trade management utilizing cross-functional resources and data sources. Ensure that foundational elements are in place (selection, content health, etc.), while developing the strategic vision for this important growth engine for our company.
Organizational Relationship:
Directly Reports to: Sr. Team Leader – Amazon Team
Scope of Position:
Manage varying dollar volume, customer segmentations, category rankings and K-C products and categories sold at Amazon. Responsible for Amazon sales as well as application of sales policies and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate, marketing and distribution operations to ensure volume and contribution objectives/quotas are accomplished.

Education required: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
At least 8 years’ progressive exempt status experience in business, customer management and customer development or equivalent in other business functions, specific to E-Commerce. Proficient in business and financial/budget analysis with an understanding of omni-channel dynamics, insights, and profitability metrics.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Ecommerce experience with passion for driving eCommerce growth is a must. Knowledge of supply and demand. Broad knowledge of K-C organizational structure, products and categories and Customer Development policies and procedures. Knowledge of Integrated Customer Business Planning Process and operations of Business Planner software.
