Job Description:

The Commercial Real Estate Line of Business at J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Leader to join our team. Our goal is to evolve our relationship with our existing clients and develop new segments leveraging completely new channels, tools, and products. Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Go To Market (GTM) Executive, this position will focus on 1/ articulating the go-forward unique selling proposition 2/ bringing to life solutions' value with commercialization and field enablement efforts 3/ driving and optimizing B2B and B2C customer acquisition journey. This position sits at the intersection of product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and marketing with an ultimate goal of driving efficient funnel customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

What you will do


  • Work with Revenue and GTM leader to develop the growth strategy for customer awareness, activation, and engagement.
  • Bring the voice of market, share competitive intel, and work with other JPM teams to conduct market research to inform messaging and product roadmap.
  • Develop and refine unique selling proposition, positioning, messaging across different customer segments.
  • Serve as the hub for go-to-market and bring together all functions (product managers, sales, design, PR, marketing, and engineering)-to drive launches for new products and features and scaled adoption.

  • Lead the development of compelling internal- and external-facing content for Website, Pitch decks, Demo, Customer Success, Sales training, FAQs, battle cards, and more.
  • Own and build efficient customer acquisition funnels. Focus on growing the brand and acquiring a user base using both paid and organic acquisition channels.
  • Drive activation, understand the mechanics of customer journey, and conversion rates at each step of each flow, and develop tools, processes, and campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
  • Lead the pre-sales team to focus on prospecting, discovery calls, performing product demos, qualifying leads; own the entire closed-loop demand generation process, from initial awareness to hand-off to sales.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years in diversified roles of GTM, product management, product marketing with preferred experience in B2B and B2C SaaS
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
  • Proven talents related to what you'll be tackling here, including crafting and conveying awesome narratives to different audiences, developing and managing go-to-market plans, marrying your strengths in both strategic thinking and execution to consistently deliver excellent results
  • Passion for collaboration and leading/mentoring people to do their best work
  • Experience and success bringing net-new products to market in the context of a large and complex, cross-functional, cross-organizational business initiative amidst ambiguity and change.
  • Can-do mindset to quickly solve problems with constructive solutions. Grit to effectively partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Identify roadblocks and solve with the invention, innovation, and empathy
  • Demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership within startups, scaleup, and large organizations
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
