To assist the RBDC management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product

  
  

  Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.

  
  

  Vital fluids and condition of fleet is properly inspected and reported on a weekly basis

  
  

  Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance.

  
  

  Secondary contact for warehouse access and security.

  
  

  Oversees day to day Operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence

  
  

  Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse

  
  

  Ensure nightly loading process complies with RBDC's policies and standards

  
  

  Assist in the confirmation of truck loads as requested by the account manager.

  
  

  Assist in properly cleaning, repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards

  
  

  Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product

  
  

  Other duties as assigned

  Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

  
  

  Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed.

  
  

  Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

  
  

  Regularly operate a motor vehicle in excess of 10,000 pounds.

  
  

  Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle.

  
  

  Comply with all DOT physical and safety requirements

  
  

EXPERIENCE

• Prior Warehouse Experience


• Current driver's license with clean driving record


• Mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide


• Excellent communication skills


• Good mathematical skills


• Organizational skills


• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred


• Current driver's license with clean driving record


• Must be at least 21 years old


• DOT medical card required

• High School Diploma or GED


• Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
