Job Description:

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing analysis, preparing reports, and processing Inventory Control transactions by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

• Complete the Item Setup process for all Tempur Finished Goods items.


• Work with 3PL Network and TPNA Carriers to complete month-end Cut-off testing.


• Process all manual inventory transactions that are not completed via integration with the 3PL Network.


• Prepare month-end reports used by the Inventory Control team for reconciliation and analysis.


• Assist with completion of Audit requests for Inventory Control, Financial Reporting, and Accounts Receivable.


• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.


• Assist with training of new Associates.


• Prepare and maintain SOP's for system processes.


• Communicate with all levels within the organization.
